Ungrafted's much-talked-about wine party is back! This time, we're whipping up a crazy delicious, four course dinner featuring produce of the season. Expect deep flavors that hit very nicely with the vibes. As always with our Wine Island dinners, we invite guests to bring whichever wines they’d like to drink that fit the theme. Springtime...we are in the mood for Champagne (as always) and and Burgundy (white or red). You could also consider a really great producer from the "True" Sonoma Coast…the possibilities are quite numerous, given your imagination. This is the time to dig into your cellar, grab some friends, and party with us for a ridiculously fun and delicious dinner.
