Join us for one of Chris’ most popular classes, teaching you how to blind taste like a pro! You’ll taste distinct grape varieties and learn how to describe how they look, smell, and taste. This is a great class for beginners but can also be quite useful for intermediate blind tasters, too. You’ll receive a useful packet of information to use when out shopping or dining. And if you like any of the wines you try, you’ll have a chance to take them home with you! How cool is that?! Join us before class and try some of Chef David’s delicious lunch items, harkening back to his childhood growing up in Chicago as a first generation Mexican American.
