This is one of the biggest celebrations of Champagne we do at Ungrafted, and we look forward to it every year (also, it’s near Chris’ birthday, and he’s got a BIG ONE coming up…). Join us for a fun lunch with like-minded wine lovers, enjoying some of the best wines from amazing Champenoise growers paired with an amazing family style lunch prepared by Chef David Aviles. Expect some Special Club wines, as well as a couple of vintage bottlings from Chris and Rebecca’s favorite producers. We absolutely LOVE Champagne here at Ungrafted- good Champagne. Rebecca and Chris are two sommeliers that fell in love over their passion for Champagne, and eventually both became master sommeliers. Every bottle presented will have a fun and perhaps personal story, so get ready to be taken on a ride!
