Chef David’s much-talked-about wine party is back! This time, he’s whipping up a crazy delicious, four course family style dinner featuring truffles and produce of the season. Expect deep flavors that hit very nicely with the vibes. As always with our Wine Island dinners, we invite guests to bring whichever wines they’d like to drink that fit the theme. Truffle wines…Piedmontese Barolo and Barbaresco could work very nicely with white truffles. You could make a case for wines from Burgundy with black truffles, and even aged Champagnes can work well…the possibilities are quite numerous, given your imagination. This is the time to dig into your cellar, grab some friends, and party with us for a ridiculously fun and delicious dinner.
