This just in: Sake is booming in America! At least, it is according to Eric Asimov of the New York Times. But it's true! Imports and retail sales are up for sake and, as a 3rd generation Japanese American and also a self-described wine & beverage geek, I couldn't be happier. Let's ride the wave and celebrate sake!
