Sake is one of the most under-appreciated drinks in the beverage world, and I want to change that. Even in modern day Japan, sake-production is becoming a dying art, and I want to change that too. So come and celebrate sake with me! We'll be tasting through an intriguing line up, all quite different, and all very delicious. In addition, there'll be a Kurosawa flick projected in the background, some fun activities, and some delicious Japanese-inspired bites prepared specially for you by Chef David. You'll feel like you've been transported to an izakaya in Tokyo!
Feel free to stay for dinner after the party! You can book a reservation in advance or just head down to the bar and grab a seat (first come, first serve), to drink...more sake perhaps?
